DriveTime is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences by aligning customers with the right vehicle and financing options. You will support dealership operations, ensuring compliance and a smooth sales process while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a high-performing team.

The role requires 3+ years in sales and retail operations, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (past 3 years).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching with vehicle, inventory, and financing options.
• Assist dealership operations by completing tasks, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Open/close store, handle cash, manage inventory, perform audits, and complete administrative duties.
