Job summary

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Coaches customers and team on Customer Experience and ART of Selling.
• Operates POS and Self-Checkout systems effectively.

• Lead store operations to ensure SOPs and Company programs compliance.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Drive BOPIS, Same Day Delivery, and omni-channel service.
• Oversee Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and Custom Framing operations.
