Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses that can benefit from our temporary staffing services. You will conduct research, make introductory calls, visit client sites, and deliver sales presentations while collaborating with recruiting teams to match candidates to open roles.

The role requires problem solving, initiative, and discretion in working with existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify and cultivate new client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals.
• Conduct high-volume cold calls to set introductory client meetings.
• Attend client meetings and deliver sales presentations to understand client needs.
• Coordinate with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs and manage the job order process.
