Job summary

Beacon Hill, one of the largest staffing firms in the United States, is seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses needing temporary staffing. You’ll research prospective clients, make introductory calls, visit work sites, deliver presentations, and collaborate with recruiters to fill client needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and discipline to meet aggressive calling targets.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment about client needs.
• Leadership and competitive drive to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals.
• Proactive high volume cold calling to set client meetings and present services.
• Visit client sites, deliver sales presentations, and understand client needs.
• Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs.
• Manage client relationships as primary point of contact during job order process.
