Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is hiring an Account Executive in Lubbock, TX. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building and managing a book of business with local businesses, delivering strategic, consultative sales across broadcast and digital solutions.

You will prospect new clients, perform needs assessments, and present tailored marketing strategies while collaborating with internal teams to drive campaign success and client ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
