Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking experienced Account Executives to grow local business in Tyler, TX. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building a book of business, closing new clients, and maintaining lasting relationships across broadcast, digital, and sponsorship solutions.

You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, collaborating with internal teams to drive campaigns and ROI. A strong track record and drive are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
