Townsquare Media Group in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a proactive Multi-Media Account Executive to drive new business and manage a local client base with a consultative, strategy-first sales approach.

You will present tailored marketing solutions across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events, build lasting relationships, meet ambitious goals, and collaborate with internal teams for campaign success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• BA/BS degree preferred

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients' reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals
