Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive in Flint, MI. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building and managing a book of business, bringing in new clients, and maintaining existing relationships.

You will sell across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships, with uncapped earning potential and strong leadership support. Prior, proven sales success is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver''s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
