Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales fundamentals including prospecting, selling, and closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using established processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete information.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, financing, and closing processes.
