Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales typically gained through construction sales.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business/marketing preferred.
• Exposure to construction field operations preferred.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience in new home sales.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using proven handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete data.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and building process.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support for others on the sales team.
• Utilize sales processes to build rapport and qualify buyers.
• Differentiate homes by presenting our building process and value.
• Qualify buyers financially with conventional, FHA, VA programs.
• Meet annual home sales goals.
