Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of inside-outside sales in new home construction sales.
• Experience understanding mortgage processes and financing options (Conventional/FHA/VA).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using standard objection handling processes.
• Create appropriate urgency to buy.
• Register 100% prospects with complete and accurate demographic information and follow up with potential buyers.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, design options, and building process to a successful closing.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training and support for others on the sales team.
• Use proven sales processes to build rapport, uncover needs, buyer ability, and timing.
• Differentiate our homes by clearly presenting the building process and value for buyers.
• Financially qualify buyers through understanding financing programs and tax benefits.
