Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to represent Spectrum and expand access to high‑speed data and communication solutions through face‑to‑face customer interactions. The role includes a competitive base salary with incentives, with total compensation potentially over $100,000 annually, plus free or discounted Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel locally including in varying weather
• Outside sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions
• Complete required sales documentation, dispositioning, order entry and reporting
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals
• Achieve monthly sales targets for high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services
• Monitor competitors' activities and report insights to your manager
