Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to directly engage with communities and convert prospects into Spectrum customers. The role focuses on high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services with a clear path to top-earning incentives.

Ideal candidates will travel to assigned territories, work evenings and weekends as needed, and bring strong communication and customer-service skills. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for field visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent English reading/writing/speaking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and sales drive with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities and report insights to your manager.
