Job summary

Charter Communications, doing business as Spectrum, seeks an Outside Sales Representative in Florida to connect families with Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice. You will generate new residential customers through assigned leads, conduct needs analyses, and present compelling proposals in a field-based setting.

This role foregrounds outdoor work, travel within your territory, and the opportunity to earn a base salary plus incentives that can exceed six figures annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be willing to travel locally and spend significant time outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals highlighting Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation (dispositioning, order entry, reporting).
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and report to your manager.
