Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect people with Spectrum services through face-to-face engagement in the community. The role offers a base salary with lucrative incentives, aiming for total compensation over $100,000 annually, plus free Spectrum services (internet, TV, mobile) for employees.

You will spend most time outdoors, visiting leads, conducting needs analyses, and presenting tailored proposals across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and ability to listen to customer needs.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and in various conditions.
• Proficient with basic computer software and devices.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager.
