Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years sales or relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately (dispositioning, order entry, reporting).
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within territory and report to manager.
