Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or related work experience.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication capability.
• willingness to travel door-to-door and locally.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of telecom services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation accurately (dispositioning, order entry, reporting).
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Achieve monthly targets across services (data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report findings.
