Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives (CFIs) to diagnose issues in homes, present repair options, and close sales in the customer's home. You'll travel within your sales territory using warm leads and manage a book of business with support from our training and tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales or in-home sales is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement knowledge is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and educate on solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales lead pipeline.
