Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives (CFIs) to diagnose issues in homeowners’ homes and present actionable solutions in the field. You’ll build trusted relationships, lead consultations, and benefit from uncapped commissions while driving your career growth.

CFIs partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend foundation repair and water management services, supported by industry-leading training and a nationally

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilise warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose issues and educate homeowners on solutions.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales pipeline.
