Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners in the assigned territory. In this in‑home, consultative role you will assess needs, present custom repair options, and close deals with confidence.

You’ll receive industry‑leading training, uncapped commissions, a company car eligibility, and clear advancement paths as you build your personal book of business with our trusted brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and educate on repair options; prepare proposals.
• Close sales with homeowners in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers and track sales pipeline.
• Report to home branch and participate in Sales team initiatives.
