Groundworks in North America, the leader in foundation solutions, is hiring Outside Sales Representatives (CFIs) to diagnose homeowner issues in the field, present repair options, and close in-home sales with uncapped commissions.

Youll join a program with industry-leading training, company-generated leads, a company vehicle eligibility, and opportunities for advancement and employee ownership.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, B2C and/or in-home sales is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
• Report to work on time each working day.
