Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative (CFI) to diagnose issues, educate homeowners, and sell our foundation repair and water management services. You will travel within the assigned territory, leverage company leads, and close sales in customers' homes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose issues and educate homeowners on solutions and options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers and track sales pipeline.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
