Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-driven mindset.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and educate on solutions.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with job proposals.
• Close sales in the home and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Report to the home branch and participate in sales initiatives.
