Job summary

Groundworks, North America\'s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to drive in-home inspections and consult with homeowners. You will diagnose issues, propose customized solutions, and close sales in the field while building a robust book of business.

You will travel within your territory, receive warm leads, and benefit from uncapped commissions, top training, and a clear advancement path. A company car and fuel card may be provided based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
