Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives (CFIs) to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and build a growing book of business. Travel within the territory to conduct in-home inspections using warm leads and pre-qualified opportunities.

You will educate homeowners on issues, present repair options, and close sales in the home while maintaining ongoing relationships and a reliable work record. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales and in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
• Report to work on time each working day.
