Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to deliver real solutions to homeowners. You’ll conduct in-home inspections, educate clients on foundation repairs, and close deals with uncapped commission.

Training is provided and the brand supports your growth with a national footprint. You’ll travel within your territory, work from home, and leverage company leads with additional self-generation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
• Report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings.
