Siemens Healthineers seeks a Hemostasis Sales Specialist to drive strategic growth across hospital systems and enterprise accounts. You will lead high‑value sales engagements, align clinical, operational, and financial priorities, and position Siemens Healthineers as the preferred partner in coagulation testing.

The role requires deep diagnostics experience, executive communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% to support major opportunities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, hospital sales, or related healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, and corporate accounts.
• Deep commercial expertise in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Experience using CRM tools and a familiarity with Miller Heiman a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Lead complex and strategically significant sales cycles, including executive discovery and contract strategy.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite and health-system leaders.
• Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Orchestrate matrixed team-selling motions across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, and Service.
• Own disciplined commercial execution including funnel management, forecast accuracy, and strategic account planning.
