Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Hemostasis Sales Specialist (Coagulation) to drive multi-year revenue growth and enterprise adoption of the portfolio across hospital systems and IDNs. You will lead complex sales cycles, map stakeholders, build business cases, and position Siemens Healthineers as the preferred partner in hemostasis testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Lead complex and strategically significant sales cycles, including executive discovery and contract strategy.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite and health-system leaders.
• Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Orchestrate matrixed team-selling motions across multiple functions to deliver a coordinated strategy.
• Own disciplined commercial execution including funnel management and forecast accuracy.
• Serve as subject matter expert and influence portfolio growth priorities.
• Apply advanced business acumen to quantify customer impact and value.
