Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, or healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level sales engagements with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Lead complex sales cycles, including executive discovery, business-case creation, and contract strategy.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship with C-suite and health-system leaders to position Siemens Healthineers as the preferred partner.
• Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to equipment and connected solutions.
• Orchestrate matrixed team-selling motions to deliver coordinated enterprise strategies.
• Own disciplined commercial execution with funnel management, forecast accuracy, and account planning.
