Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Hemostasis Sales Specialist to drive growth across the coagulation portfolio and to lead enterprise sales cycles by aligning clinical, operational, and financial priorities with health-system leaders.

The role requires deep diagnostics experience, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to travel up to 75%. You will advance multi-year revenue plans and position Siemens Healthineers as the preferred partner in hemostasis testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts, with proven ability to influence executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
• Deep commercial expertise in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions; direct Hemostasis (Coagulation) experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Lead complex and strategically significant sales cycles, including executive discovery and contract negotiation.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and trusted-advisor relationships with senior leaders to influence decisions.
• Build value propositions tying automation, informatics, and throughput to financial outcomes.
• Orchestrate cross-functional team-selling motions to deliver a coordinated enterprise strategy.
• Own disciplined commercial execution with funnel management and forecast accuracy.
• Travel up to 75% as required to support customer and business needs.
