Siemens Healthineers seeks a Hemostasis Sales Specialist (Coagulation) to drive enterprise growth across hospital systems, IDNs, and reference laboratories. You will lead high-value sales engagements, align clinical, operational, and financial priorities, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer value in hemostasis solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, or corporate account management.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Deep commercial expertise in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions; direct Hemostasis experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM tools; Miller Heiman is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis, including enterprise account prioritization.
• Lead complex sales cycles with executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, and business-case creation.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship with C-suite and health-system leaders to position Siemens Healthineers as a preferred partner.
• Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Orchestrate matrixed team-selling motions to deliver a coordinated enterprise customer strategy.
• Own disciplined commercial execution with funnel management, forecast accuracy, and account planning.
