Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Hemostasis Sales Specialist (Coagulation) to drive growth across enterprise hospital systems, IDNs, and reference laboratories. You will lead multi-year revenue plans, exceed growth objectives, and transform clinical, operational, and financial priorities into measurable value for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, hospital sales, healthcare systems, or corporate accounts.
• Proven ability to influence executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, and procurement stakeholders.
• Deep commercial expertise in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, or academic medical centers.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as required to support customer and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation) portfolio.
• Lead complex sales cycles with executive discovery, business-case creation, and contract strategy.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship with C-suite and health-system leaders to drive adoption.
• Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to Siemens equipment.
• Orchestrate matrixed team-selling motions across multiple functions to deliver enterprise strategy.
• Own disciplined commercial execution including funnel management, forecast accuracy, and CRM governance.
• Support launch readiness, competitive intelligence, and portfolio growth priorities.
