Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in the United States is seeking a Hemostasis Sales Specialist (Coagulation) to lead enterprise sales across hospitals, IDNs, and corporate accounts, translating lab diagnostics into strategic value.

You will develop territory growth plans, manage complex cycles with C-suite stakeholders, and drive adoption of automation, reagents, and informatics solutions, supporting revenue growth and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics or healthcare systems.
• Experience leading enterprise-level sales across hospital systems, IDNs, and corporate accounts.
• Direct Hemostasis/Coagulation or broader lab diagnostics experience preferred.
• CRM tool experience and ability to travel up to 75%.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Lead complex sales cycles including executive discovery and negotiations.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and trusted-advisor relationships with health-system leaders.
• Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to equipment.
• Orchestrate matrixed team-selling across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, and more.
• Own disciplined commercial execution with funnel management and forecast accuracy.
