Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Hemostasis Sales Specialist (Coagulation) to drive territory growth, lead enterprise sales cycles, and position integrated automation and informatics solutions across hospital systems, IDNs, and reference laboratories.

You will develop multi-year growth plans, manage executive sponsorship, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable commercial and clinical outcomes while traveling up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics or related fields.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across healthcare organizations.
• Direct Hemostasis/Coagulation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
• Experience using CRM tools and formal account planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Lead complex sales cycles with executive discovery, business-case creation, and contract strategy.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship with C-suite, laboratory, clinical, procurement, and IT leaders.
• Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to Siemens equipment.
• Coordinate matrixed team-selling motions across multiple internal functions.
• Own disciplined commercial execution including funnel management and forecast accuracy.
• Support launch readiness and contribute to strategic portfolio growth priorities.
• Translate clinical and operational impact into differentiated business value for senior decision makers.
