Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Hemostasis (Coagulation) Sales Specialist to drive enterprise growth across hospital systems and national accounts. You will lead complex sales cycles, align clinical and financial priorities, and build automation/readiness for connected solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-year revenue plans, expand installed bases, and influence senior decision-makers, leveraging a deep clinical and diagnostic background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level sales engagements with senior stakeholders across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Direct Hemostasis (Coagulation) experience is strongly preferred; hematology, plasma protein, or broader lab diagnostics experience valued.
• Experience using CRM tools; Miller Heiman is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation); drive multi-year revenue growth.
• Lead complex sales cycles, including executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business-case creation, and contract strategy.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite and health-system leaders.
• Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate matrixed team-selling motions across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing and Service.
• Own disciplined commercial execution: funnel management, opportunity risk, forecast accuracy, and CRM governance.
