• Associate degree in a relevant field is required.
• Two years of related help desk experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first level technology support for users and assist with problem resolution in areas such as computers, printers, software, network access, and devices.
• Log, assign, and track all support tickets using Help Desk software.
• Monitor tickets to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Prepare reports for management as needed.
