Qualifications
- Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field. Additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
- Four (4) years of relevant experience. An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
Responsibilities
- IT Workstation Support and Maintenance: Provide high-quality IT services for lifecycle support and management of workstations used by employees and students.
- IT Support for College and Departmental Technologies: Provide IT technical support and coordination unique to the College of Business.
- IT Remote Management Systems: Utilize and configure remote management/monitoring tools to support Windows and macOS.
- Team Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with IT staff and document procedures and outcomes.
