Job summary

Optimus Health Care Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Support at the Bridgeport location. The role provides first-line IT assistance across multiple offices, requiring travel between sites and after-hours on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in PC support, strong Windows 11 and Office 365 skills, and experience with security tools. The position is full-time and based in the Bridgeport area, supporting a healthcare environment with the aim of ensuring reliable IT services for staff

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in PC support.
• General hands-on knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows 11 OS.
• Knowledge of Antivirus and IT Security programs.
• Working knowledge of network technologies, software, hardware, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line response for users requiring IT assistance.
• Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email or helpdesk system.
• Escalate more involved problems to Level 2 and Level 3 support teams.
• Utilize troubleshooting techniques and knowledge bases to diagnose and resolve end user issues.
