Qualifications

• Local to New Castle, PA and able to commute daily.
• Experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Active Directory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop and technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and workstation issues.
• Assist with device setup, deployment, and installation.
• Support password resets and user access requests.
• Resolve technical issues professionally and timely.
• Deliver excellent customer service to hospital staff.
