Job summary

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join our on-site IT team. You will maintain computer systems, handle service desk tickets, and support Windows 10 and Office 365 across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of computer technician experience, basic troubleshooting skills, and strong customer service to communicate with end users. A High School diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Computer Technician Experience is required.
• Basic working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Must be able to troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolution, and communicate to end users.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to support business operations.
• Perform IT Service Desk duties including call and ticket resolution with customer service.
• Support for mobile devices and mobile device management systems.
