Ascend Medical is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to serve as the first point of contact for clinical and administrative staff across multiple locations. You will resolve hardware, software, network, and access issues, escalating to senior engineers as needed while maintaining clear communication with requesters.

The role balances on-site support at the corporate headquarters with remote assistance for staff elsewhere, requires patient, calm problem-solving under time-sensitive

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on end-user or helpdesk support experience.
• Experience with Windows desktops and common peripherals.
• Knowledge of MFA concepts and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for support requests via phone, email, chat.
• Triage and resolve Tier 1–2 incidents on desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Escalate complex incidents with complete documentation.
• Provide on-site and remote support across multiple locations.
