Job summary

Custom Computer Specialists is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician – Level I to join our Onsite Services Team in the Hampton, CT area. You will provide premium, on-site end-user support for client devices, printers, and AV systems, while coordinating with Managed Services and Project Services to ensure timely issue resolution.

You will manage the ticketing workflow, assist with AD changes, and deliver end-user training as needed.

Qualifications

• On-site IT support experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium deskside end-user support.
• Assist CCS divisions including Managed Services and Project Services.
• Manage and monitor the ticketing system from intake to resolution.
• Support end-user devices, peripherals, printers, and AV systems.
• Provide on-site user training when needed.
• Maintain network access and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Handle Active Directory changes and user access controls.
