Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) seeks an IT/Desktop Support specialist in Danbury, CT to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based PCs, peripherals, and core business applications on-site.

You will manage help desk tickets, document daily tasks, track assets, and support network and telephony basics while ensuring confidentiality and high customer satisfaction in a healthcare setting.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of IT/Desktop Support experience.
• Proficient with all Windows operating systems.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Professional Suite.
• Healthcare IT experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based PCs and peripherals.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications.
• Architect desktop applications and network solutions.
• Create printer mappings for clinical systems.
• Escalate errors to hardware and software manufacturers as necessary.
• Manage user errors and requests through the IT/Facilities help desk system.
• Document daily tasks and create user documentation as needed.
• Track company assets through inventory database timely and accurately.
• Understand and demonstrate the main role of IT is to help others do their job better, more efficiently, and more securely.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
