Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support, desktop support, call center, or in-person customer service.
• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT assistance primarily over the phone as the front line of support for CVS Health applications.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for IT inquiries from employees, contractors and clients.
• Collaborate with end-users and IT teams to ensure incidents are analyzed and resolved within agreed time frames.
• Maintain CVS knowledge base and adhere to Service Desk processes.
