Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle requests from Inside Sales in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate quotes (QPs) with costs, margins, and ancillary charges.
• Manage inventory questions and order machines via dealer portals.
• Review machine sales before invoicing in ERP for cost accuracy.
• Issue and track purchase orders and vendor charges.
• Liaise with OEMs on specs, costs, inventory lead times, and warranties.
• Assist inventory for rental fleet and sales stock units.
• Support walk-in customers and coordinate yard tours.
