The role collaborates with sales, accounting, and finance to ensure accurate processing of orders and paperwork. Strong organization, communication, and MS Office skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, phone, and in person).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred; related field.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment sales transactions from start to finish.
• Prepare and process sales documents and invoices.
• Assist with financing and credit documentation through John Deere Financial.
• Maintain accurate customer, invoice, and contract records.
• Support warranty registrations and warranty purchases.
• Update and maintain CRM customer data.
