Job summary

Cowin Equipment Company is seeking a Parts and Service oriented professional to manage parts ordering at customer jobsites, promote Cowin products, and maintain strong customer relationships across the Central and North Georgia region. The role requires active engagement with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

You will operate a computer, drive to sites, and use a forklift or overhead crane when needed.

• Able to operate a computer, drive a vehicle, forklift and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Promote all CEC products and services.
• Handle all parts ordering at customer jobsites and expediting backorders.
• Maintain customer relations and ensure satisfaction for assigned customers.
• Complete call reports as specified by company procedures/policies.
• Develop and grow market share in Central and North Georgia.
• Back-up the Parts Mgr and assist with warehouse/stock tasks as needed.
