Cowin Equipment Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist our outside sales force across quoting, inventory, and customer relations. You will input costs, manage orders, and ensure accurate margins and delivery details for heavy equipment.

The role involves coordinating with manufacturers, handling ERP invoicing checks, and supporting the rental and stock fleets, while guiding walk-in customers on the yard.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment or related sales support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle requests from the outside sales team in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate quotes (QPs) with costs, margins, and relevant specs.
• Manage inventory inquiries and ordering via dealer portals.
• Review pre-invoicing costs in ERP for accuracy.
• Issue and track purchase orders with vendors.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on product knowledge, pricing, lead times, and programs.
• Assist with rental and stock fleet inventory management.
• Accompany walk-in customers to view equipment on the yard.
• Prepare monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Engage with product support to open service orders and notes.
