Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle requests submitted to the Inside Sales Department by the outside sales team promptly and accurately.
• Generate quotes (QPs) by gathering costs from manufacturers and inputting into the QP form with proper margins and freight/warranty costs.
• Manage inventory questions and ordering of machines through dealer portals; ensure proper receipt and setup of equipment.
• Review machine sales prior to invoicing in ERP for cost accuracy and complete sundry orders.
• Issue/receive purchase orders and coordinate vendor charges.
• Maintain knowledge of OEM products, specs, inventory lead times, financing/leasing options, and warranties.
• Assist with rental fleet and new Sales stock inventory; monitor quantities and mix of attachments.
• Assist walk-in customers by guiding them to the equipment yard to view/operate equipment.
• Prepare and analyze monthly sales and inventory reports (accrual, status reports, etc.).
• Engage with product support to open/complete service orders for Sales stock and retail equipment; document notes clearly.
• Perform inventory-related changes/updates in the system as needed.
