The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a skilled individual to support daily plant operations by operating heavy equipment and performing essential field tasks at our Ohio sites. In this role you will assist the Foreperson, maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and work with a team to meet production goals.

Travel and shift work may be required, with a strong emphasis on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on various job sites.
• Follow safety rules and procedures to prevent accidents.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment with accuracy and safety.
• Clean up around plant and surrounding area.
• Lubricate and perform general maintenance on equipment.
• Follow directions from supervisors and foreperson.
